BURROWS MODEL DMC500 PORTABLE MOISTURE TESTER

The Burrows Model DMC500 Digital Moisture Tester is versatile, compact and rugged for all types of field use. You no longer have to refer to charts, dials, or manual temperature readings while in the field. Simply select the type of grain to be tested with the right or left arrow keys on the touch panel. Next, weigh and balance your sample in the cup provided then just dump the sample in the hopper. The Model DMC500 automatically corrects for temperature and displays the moisture percentage and the temperature. Moisture range is from 5% to 40% depending upon the commodity. Standard grains that can be tested are barley, beans, cocoa, coffee, corn, flax, millet, oats, peanuts, popcorn, rapeseed, paddy and white rice, rye, safflower, sorghum, soybean, sunflower and wheat. Operating temperature is 5º F to 104º F.

The Model DMC500 operates with a 9V battery (not included) or AC/DC converter that is supplied with the tester and operates from 100V to 240V, 50/60Hz.
