M3G PORTABLE MOISTURE TESTER

The M3G Portable Moisture Tester, offered by Seedburo, allows you to scoop a sample of grain directly or catch it as it flows from a stream of grain and test it immediately.  The easy-to-read display lets you see the results quickly and move on to the next test.  It has a rugged metal housing that will make it durable for many years.  The M3G has a USB port (type B connector) that allows you to download different grain types directly from the Dickey-John website, although the tester is pre-programmed at the factory to test corn (8-17% and 15-32%), soybeans (8-22%) and wheat (8-20%). Operates on a 9V battery (not included).   

The moisture range is typically 8-40% (depending upon the grain) and grain temperature range is 32º to 104ºF (0-40ºC).  The M3G features automatic temperature compensation with a resolution of 0.1%, accuracy of + or – 0.5% (ref. Official Air Oven) and repeatability of + or - .5% standard deviation.
