TYPE SEED TRIER
(Also available in stainless
steel.)
The Nobbe type seed trier is used for
sampling free-flowing, small seeded crops in bags or penetrable
containers. It is ideal for clovers, timothy, brassicas,
fine grasses such as bluegrass, and small vegetable seeds.
It is inserted horizontally into the container and the sample
pours out of the open end. Seedburo's Nobbe trier is 20"
in overall length, 1/2" in diameter, and has a slot length of
1-1/2", which starts 2-1/4" from the tip. The trier is
all brass, single tube. Net weight less than 1 lbs.
Also available is a 3/4" diameter version; 20" overall length,
one opening starts 2-3/8" from the tip and is 2-1/2" long.
