Seedburo offers an affordable meter to accurately measure radiation for plan growth.  The Quantum meter measures Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR). The meter can be used for individual leaves, single plants or whole plant communities. Ideal for growth rooms and greenhouses, the meter approximates radiation between 400 and 700 nanometers PAR as umol m -2 s -1 (Range: 0-2000 umol m -2 s -1 ). Many plant problems, particularly in greenhouses, can be traced to poor or improper lighting. Meter features a digital LCD display. Powered by a 9V alkaline battery (incl.)
