BATCH LAB
TREATER
The Seedburo Batch Lab Treater
treats all types of seed ra nging
in sample
size from 4 ounces (113g) to 5 pounds (2.2Kgs). The Seedburo
BLT is
designed to accurately
apply seed treatment products in the laboratory
by seed conditioners, seed testing and research personnel.
The treater has a
self-contained timer and switches. The timer and on/off switch
are interlocked, permitting the timer to automatically stop the
treater.
A combination of injection and
compressed air provides accurate distribution of
chemical on the seed sample through an air nozzle attached to a
graduated, disposable syringe.
This configuration provides for a uniform, measurable
chemical application rate and allows quick treatment changes.
The BLT is supplied with two
drums. The first drum is 6" deep by 6" in dia.,
the second drum is 12" deep by 11" in dia. Drums are
interchangeable and made of
stainless steel. Unit comes complete with drum drive, self-contained
air compressor, timer and hand held application gun with graduated
