DELTA 111M
SUPER CLEANER
 The Delta Super Cleaner is a
combined screen and air cleaner designed for efficient cleaning
of all cereals, malting barley, seed grain, grass seed clovers
and leguminous plant seeds.
The cleaner features variable outlet combinations from the
different screen decks and
has approximately 10 sq. ft. of cleaning area. The unit can be
used for scalping, sorting
or grading.
The Delta 111M comes complete
with 40 screen cleaning balls per screen and your choice
of three (3) perforated or wire air-lifting screens, 1 set of
standard tools and 1 screen
extractor. Spouting, material pans and accessories to
accommodate 4 different
flow configurations. Standard calibrated hand wheels for
regulation of feed gate
opening, air volume and air velocity. Fixed speed eccentric
drive complete with ¾HP,
1150 RPM, TEFC motor. Variable speed roll feeder complete with
rubber tipped feed gate,
and ½HP, 1750RPM, frequency inverter drive TEFC motor. Voltage
and product discharge
location to be specified at time of order.
