Mixes whole grains, seeds, mineral and feed concentrates quickly and easily. Ideal for custom mixing. Dependable, fast and thorough. Just ten minutes produces an even blend of all ingredients after the last batch is dumped into the hopper. Handles large capacity or small batch mixing. Constructed of heavy gauge steel. Seams are electrically welded and dust proof. Legs are 2" x 2" x 1/8" angles rigidly braced. Mixers are equipped with shaft, motor pulleys and V-belts. Bearings have zerk fittings for easy greasing. Mixers do not include motor.

Exclusive "whirlwind" mixing paddle at top of conveyor shaft increases mixing speed and insures perfect blending. Ingredients are loaded into hopper at bottom. Vertical crew conveyor revolves rapidly, lifting ingredients to top where mixing paddle whirls particles to wall of mixing chamber. After falling to the bottom, they are elevated and whirled again and again. Once mixing is complete loading hopper swings to one side, where it is out of the way while sacking. Attach sack over lower flanges of sacker spout and pull out slide. When sack is full, push slide back in place.
