UNION SPECIAL MODEL 2200

The heavy-duty Union Special Class 2200 combines upper and lower feed for better gripping on both sides of the bag and accommodates all types of bag material, including geosynthetic material.

·          Single thread chain or two thread double locked
       stitch available

·          Sewing capacity up to 3/8” or 24 plies of paper

·          Built-in thread chain cutter

·          1200-1700 Stitches per minute (depending on material)

·          Direct drive, fan cooled, 1800 RPM electric motor

·          Stand-up feature (can stand in an upright position when not in use)     

The 2200 has a fiberglass-reinforced break-resistant polyamide handle and housing for the electric motor and weighs approximately 11 lbs, so it is light weight and well-balanced for effortless operation.  

The motor ball bearings are dustproof and permanently lubricated.  Net wt. 11 lbs, Ship wt 13 lbs.
