The 3000 Class, portable, single thread bag closing machine, for efficient, fast and easy closing of bags. The 3000 is a light weight, well balanced machine that fits perfectly in an operators hand. It is designed for closing bags made of light weight jute, cotton, linen, paper or plastic.

The CE-approved direct drive motor is fan cooled, with a 16 foot power cord. The housing is fiberglass-reinforced and dust-proof. Permanently lubiricated ball bearings make the 3000 a sturdy and durable work tool. An optional lock spring balancer (No.90191M1) is available for suspension operation.

Sewing speed is 1500-1900 stitches per minute, depending upon the material, with 3 stitches per inch and capacity of 3/16" (12 plies of paper). Net Wt 8.4 lbs., Ship Wt 11 lbs.
