Seedburo's Semi-Automatic Gross Bagging Scales are designed to weigh free-flowing materials. The bagging scales are mechanical in operation and require no air or electricity. The operator simply sets the target weight on the back of the scale, places a bag on the discharge spout, and pulls the load handle. The scale will automatically fill the bag to the desired weight and cut itself off. The operator removes the bag and repeats the process.

The Model 41 Bagging Scales are designed for handling bags between 25 and 150 lbs. at a rate of 6 to 8 bags per minute. The scales are pre-calibrated to a 5 to 1 ratio and require minimal adjustment at installation. Each unit has a 9" x 7" inlet opening and can be mounted directly to a flange on the bin bottom. The model 41 Bagging Scales features 10 gauge construction, a built-in weight indicator (for "quick reading" of the actual weight in the bag), an adjustable internal flow regulator and easy bag tare.
