SEEDBURO MODEL 45 BAG CLOSING CONVEYOR SYSTEM

The Seedburo Model 45 Bag Closing Conveyor includes a 12" wide belt, 8' overall length flat bed conveyor with a ½ HP motor gear and roller chain transmission drive. The unit features individual, adjustable leg height, attached sewing pedestal (without sewing head), and a sewing head mounting plate to accommodate several different types of sewing machines. The system also has a mounting bracket for Power In-Feed and ½ HP V-belt transmission drive for the sewing head. Standard belt speed is 30 FPM (40 and 45 FPM speeds are optional).

Conveyor system is constructed of heavy gauge steel, aluminum and iron casting. Systems include electric motor starters with overload protection, transformer for controls in NEMA 12 enclosure, foot switch to operate the conveyor and sewing head, and a limit switch to stop the conveyor.

Seedburo offers the Fischbein Model 100 Sewing Head for use with the Model 45 Bag Closing Conveyor System. This rugged, reliable sewing head is constructed from heavy-duty metal components. The head features an integral variable-speed pulley allowing variable sewing speed of 1200 to 2200 RPM. The stitch width can be adjusted from 2 to 5 stitches per inch and uses a Federal Type 401, two thread stitch. The Model 100 sewing head will handle all types of paper, poly and textile bags and can accommodate 8 oz to 18 lb cones of thread.
