The B3 and C3 Series of Universal Bucket Elevators offer smooth elevation of most free flowing materials and provide various capacities to meet most requirements. For fragile materials or for materials weighing more than 60 pounds per bushel, units with slower belt speeds are recommended. All standard units are provided in carbon steel (blue enamel) construction and are shipped "broken down". These elevators are designed for quick, on-the-job assembly for any installation.

Models with an "easy dump" (ED) are designed to dump the product onto the rear side of the preceding bucket to slow the product before it builds up any speed in its fall. This will greatly reduce the amount of damage that can occur with commodities that require more gentle handling.

The C6 and D3 series Series of Universal Bucket Elevators effectively handle most bulk materials. They provide for higher volume without the damaging higher speeds often produced in other elevators. Equipped like the B3 and C3 models, these units are provided in carbon steel (blue enamel) construction and are shipped "broken down". As with the other models, the "easy dump" (ED) feature allows for more gentle handling and makes these units ideal for handling high volumes of seeds, grains and other commodities where a concern for damage is a factor.

This efficient clean out system is available as an option for all new models and can also be retrofitted to exising Unversal Bucket Elevators. The Compressed Air-Vacuum Clean Out System will reduce product damage, cross contamination, down time and labor costs. The system is PLC (programmable logic controller) controllable and features a hinged door for easier inspection, faster accessibility and better sealing. The primary air jets gently sweep the product along the stainless steel boot strap and into the buckets to be discharged. Secondary air jets drive dust and chaff into the vacuum port for virtually total boot clean out.
