SEEDBURO CAR UNLOADER / CONVEYOR

The Series CU Car Unloader / Conveyor is used for unloading bulk materials from controlled opening hopper-bottomed railcars and trailers. It is built for rugged use and able to handle up to 60 TPH (tons per hour) on the 18" PVC crescent top belt (capacity based on 60 lb/cu ft material). The car unloader is equipped with an undercarriage, located at the conveyors balance point for convenient one-person positioning. The hold-down wheels are mounted at the outer edges of the belt to provide a smooth flow of material through the incline section.

• 14 gauge formed and welded steel frame with self- cleaning bed
• Standard horizontal length of 8' with incline lengths from 5' to 14 '
• Pulleys: 4" diameter head and snub pulleys with drum type tail pulley
• Adjustable incline undercarriage with16" diameter pneumatic tires positioned at center
   balance point
• Removable skirted hopper sides 7' long and 6" high
• Drive: V-belt and roller chain drive via two 4" rollers
• Electric motor mount with safety shields standard less motor
