SEEDBURO RUBBER BELT CONVEYOR

The Series F conveyor is a rubber belt conveyor designed for gentle handling of bulk materials such as seed, beans, fertilizer, ear corn, etc. The conveyor can elevate up to a 40° incline in lengths from 20' to 70'. The 18" wide rubber belt features 2" rubber flights that are hot vulcanized to the belt at 12" centers. The belt and flight assembly convey the material without cracking or grinding. Formed steel covers provide sun and wind protection for the product. The 18" wide belt will handle approximately 2500 BPH (bushels per hour). Capacities are based on a 30° incline and may vary. Conveyor can be driven by electric or hydraulic motor, gas engine or PTO shaft drive system.

• Heavy formed and welded steel frame with self-cleaning bed and incline sides to form a trough
• Heavy duty undercarriage with manual, self-locking winch and detachable towing hitch
• Automotive-type wheels with tires included
• Pulleys: 8" diameter lagged head pulley and drum type tail pulley
• Intake hopper with 36" width, 8" diameter discharge spout, removable formed steel covers
• Drive: positive gearbox and shaft drive with roller chain final drive
• Electric motor mount with safety shields standard, less motor (see page 113 for motors)
