SEEDBURO QUIK-MIX
 The Quik-Mix is a proven
performer for dry material mixing and
color blending. The direct drive vertical auger creates a
unique blending action to ensure a complete, uniform mix
every time. In most cases, pelletized and granular material
batches can be mixed in five minutes or less.
The materials to be mixed are
loaded from either side of the
Quik-Mix. Special scoop blade at bottom of auger shaft draws
material into bottom of auger tube. Disperser blade at
top of auger shaft spreads materials across top of hopper
to help create an even blend of ingredients. The slide
gate at the bottom of the hopper discharge the materials.
Sloped sizes of mixer help to ensure complete clean
out.
Constructed of 14-gauge steel
with built-in 2-way entry pocket for fork lift. Piano-hinged,
center-mounted covers allow loading
from either side. Large, positive seal 8" diameter slide
gate allows quick and complete emptying of the mixer. Lock
gate prevents spillage while
hopper is in transit. The Quik-Mix comes equipped with a large
on/off switch located conveniently at
the top beam of the Mixer. The Mixer is also equipped with a
digital readout timer that allows the operator to perform
other tasks without the risk of over mixing the batch. 350 lbs.
