Prairie Habitats' FELSS, offered by Seedburo, lets you harvest seeds or leaves from a wide array of species. Custom built with attention to detail to match your tractor loader, the FELSS is easy to mount, use and unload. The patented dual-stage brush effectively combs the seed off plants, while the rotation sets up an airflow that pulls the seed into the hopper.

The FELSS has a fully screened hopper top with adjustable internal baffle, which ensures effective airflow and seed harvesting. The dual stage, long lasting, nylon stripper brush efficiently strips the seed, leaving stalks and straw standing.

The Stripper harvests a wide variety of seeds from grasses, wildflowers, legumes, herbs, spices, forages, shrubs, and special crops. The unit will also harvest leaves and flowers from medicinal plants, spices and herbs.

It is easy to maintain; only 2 bearings to grease every 25 hours of operation. Ruggedly constructed of galvanized sheet metal, painted plate and tubular steel to ensure years of use. The unit can pay for itself in one season or less!

The hopper capacity is 30 cu.ft. (0.85 cu.m.) and quickly unloads from the tractor seat.

Units are made to order and generally will take 3-9 months to build. They are custom built to fit your tractor, so order early in the year for that year's field season.
