A World of Quality

Seed is manually dropped into top seed port and is conducted via the seed tube to the closed planting bit. The seed then remains captive within the planting bit until the planter is rocked forward and the bit is opened. These are useful for small to medium sized plot planting or for selective replanting of previously seeded plots.

Two models are available. The SSHP-NBA, narrow barrel, has an all metal barrel with an opening of 1 3/8" x 7/8". The bit depth penetration is adjustable to 3". Overall height is 35" and approximate wt. is 4 lbs. Ship wt. 9 lbs. Dims. 12" L x 4" W x 36" H.

The SSHP-SBA is the standard single barrel model with a wood back, wood handle and foot lever. The barrel opening is 2 1/2" x 3". Height is 33" and wt. 4 lbs. Ship dims. are 12" L x 4" W x 36" H, Ship wt. 8 lbs
