WATCHDOG "ELITE" MONITOR SYSTEM

The #1 bucket elevator monitor for belt speed, belt alignment, bearing temperature, plugged chute detection and head pulley alignment all in one unique package. System incorporates dual microprocessor control, using the latest PIC microprocessors and non-volatile (EEPROM) memory chips. An LCD displays elevator status messages (available in 4 different languages) and super bright LED display shows belt speed. System sensors are designed to monitor bucket elevators in tough environments. Extended range magnetic motion and alignment sensors have a user-adjustable field, allowing detection of moving elevator buckets or bucket bolts. Watchdog Elite is easily installed with menu-driven set-up. Enables use on all bucket elevators. System is FM and CSA approved for Class II, Div 1, Groups E, F, G and CE approved. The three items (control unit and two sensors) will provide the minimum components for belt speed and belt alignment (at the boot or head).
