| EXPLOSION PROOF INDUSTRIAL
VACUUM CLEANER SYSTEMS
 These
explosion proof / dust ignition proof vacuum systems offered by
Seedburo are ideal for
grain elevators, flour and feed mills and feed processing
facilities. The Tiger-Vac systems
will provide thorough, efficient clean up in most wet or dry
locations.
All electrical components
including: motor, conduit, switch junction box, switch, cord
bushing, supply cord are designed
and certified for use in hazardous locations: Class I -
Group D; Class II - Groups E, F and G. All metallic parts used
to construct these systems
are of aluminum and stainless steel, and are conductive and
non-sparking, including
hose attachments. In fact, all of the parts used in the
construction of the explosion
proof vacuum cleaner have electrical continuity and bonding
techniques are used to
ensure static dissipation. The explosion proof vacuum is
designed to be grounded
during both use and storage. Grounding is accomplished through
the electrical cable.
Grounding reels are also available for added security.
These vacuums feature a
tilt-cart frame to allow for easy dumping of the recovered
waste materials. The recovery tank
can also be detached from the frame. Each unit is provided
with: a self-cleaning static dissipating pre-filter (prevents
caking of fine dust into
main cloth filter), a 10' x 1½" static dissipating,
abrasion resistant Kanaflex hose assembly
with explosion proof couplings, and a static dissipating tool
kit (as shown below).
